During my stay at Royal Hotel - Urban Living, I was impressed by the seamless automated check-in process and the spacious, elegant rooms. The room's interior, including the marble floor, was tastefully designed and the amenities like the flat-screen TV and mini-fridge-bar added to the comfort of my stay. However, what I liked the most was the bathroom facilities; the marbled decor and the walk-in shower provided a luxurious touch. I was greatly satisfied with my experience at the hotel and I extend my gratitude to the staff for their hospitality and service excellence.
